Subscription Box Review | Degustabox (October)

It’s time for a peek inside another Degustabox!

What is it?
Degustabox is a great way of trialing new products.  Every month your Degustabox includes a variety of 10 to 15 surprise products, many of which are completely new to the market.  They work with lots of recognised brands, as well and up and coming companies to supply their customers with the latest treats.

How does it work?
Subscribe online, and you will be sent a surprise box!  You can’t choose what’s in the box (but that’s half the fun of subscription boxes, right??)  You can earn points towards free boxes by encouraging others to purchase a subscription, and by giving your opinion on products in the box via the monthly survey you are sent.

Thoughts?
Once again, everything was packaged together really nicely (any item that could possibly leak was protected in individual bubble wrapped packaging) and I love that it’s just sealed with a single sticker that says “Open Me, Eat Me, Enjoy Me!”

Levi Roots makes another welcome appearance in my Degustabox.  His Smokey BBQ Coat ‘n Cook sauce was perfect to add to chicken for a quick and tasty meal.

The Maggi Fusian noodles were a little on the spicy side for my taste, but very handy to have in (especially as these cold nights are drawing in fast).

Snapea Rice Sticks from Yushoi were a real treat!  Everyone in my family loved these (especially my little boy, who happily snacks away on these…)

Robinsons
are the market leader when it comes to squash, and Squash’d is a great product.  This is perfect sized to pop in your handbag for when the fruity urge takes you.

The kids Dry Pasta Shapes and pasta sauce from Heinz were great too – the sauce was so smooth!

Fruit Hearts from Beloved are a great way to curb a sweet craving you might be having.  Delicious flavours.

It’s official – i’m a JimJams convert!  It has 82% less sugar than normal milk chocolate spreads but you would not be able to taste the difference.  It’s a revelation!

The Brioche Pasquier were perfect for a quick breakfast/snack.  Individually wrapped too; I like that.

The Supergreens, Pulled Pork & Jalapeno Soup were in handy little cartons, and great to turn to on a cold day (with some yummy fresh bread!)

The Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme bar was the first thing to be devoured from my box.  I’ve loved this chocolate bar for years, so it was like greeting an old friend.  Yum!

How much does it cost?
£12.99 per month incl. delivery.  No commitment, and you can cancel at any time.  Use code MKBPF and get a £7 discount on your first box!  That’s just £5.99 for a box full of yummy treats to try!
