Boxcitement | Subscription Box Review

The March theme for Boxcitement was ‘Out of This World’.  It’s a box that’s all about brightening up your universe!  Let’s check it out…

What is it?
Boxcitement is a monthly subscription box that brings you an exclusive collection of quality stationery items, crafting and wrapping accessories and a range of stylish gifts.  All items are limited editions and are suitable for giving as gifts or keeping for yourself as a regular treat. Every box is based on a different theme and is aimed at surprising and delighting you.

Boxcitement work with UK manufacturers whenever possible, and everything in the boxes has been designed by them; so everything is a limited edition.

How does it work?
You can subscribe monthly or save money by purchasing upfront subscriptions for 3, 6 or 12 months. You can cancel anytime with no obligation. UK postage and packing is included.  You can also purchase one-off boxes if there’s something in particular that has taken your fancy.

What’s in the box?
Let’s take a look inside this months ‘Out of This World’ themed box…

A handy cotton drawstring bag – the perfect space for hiding stuff!
A cute alien keyring for keeping your own space safe
Three mini prints – use them for notecards or to brighten up your own world!
A set of hand-crafted ceramic hair grips inspired by outer space
A pair of stylish ‘Saturn’ ring earrings
A mini shopping pad to help you become a star shopper!
A wooden moon-phrase garland – hang vertically or horizontally in a corner of your universe

I do love getting the Boxcitement box… each item is wrapped so thoughtfully, ready to regift to someone special (if you can bear it!)

The cotton drawstring bag is so cute and fits in with the theme perfectly!  It’s a great size – i’ll be using it to keep my little boys cars and other toys safe and together in his changing bag!

How adorable is the alien keyring?  My niece will love this!

One of my favourite things about Boxcitement is the cards that you get.  Every month, they provide cards that can be framed/sent to someone, and it’s such a lovely reminder to send something in the post (sometimes, an email just doesn’t cut it!) These notecards lovely sayings on them.

The hand-crafted ceramic hair grips are inspired by outer space – my niece will love these too!

What a great gift these stylish ‘Saturn’ ring earrings will make!  I think i’ll be saving these for Christmas to give to someone special.

A mini shopping pad; just perfect for taking shopping.  This will be slipped into my changing bag too, to keep track of my shopping!

The wooden moon-phrase garland is a great touch – what a lovely message to hang.  Great quality too.

How much does it cost?
One-off box (£18), 3 month subscription (£17 per box), 6 month subscription (£16 per box), 12 month subscription (£15 per box).  They also create one-off boxes too; currently available is a Thank You box which was created for mums to give to teachers/childminders etc at the end of term.
